Maple Crest Breaks Ground On $11 Million Redevelopment

Posted on: April 18, 2014

On Thursday, January 30, Maple Crest hosted a Ground Breaking Ceremony to announce the kick-off of a major redevelopment project for this truly remarkable community.

Currently Maple Crest is undergoing a massive transformation. The first phase of redevelopment began in January of this year, on the third floor of the community, where plans call for an entirely new rehabilitation area to better serve the Benson neighborhood and the seniors of Omaha.

In this first phase, which will be completed in the next month or two, Maple Crest will increase the number of private resident rooms as well as enlarged resident rooms. The beautifully appointed common areas and enhanced rehab services have brought a sense of excitement to those looking for health care options.

As we look ahead to the coming year you will see Maple Crest continue to change. Expanded and remodeled dining areas, redesigned resident rooms throughout the community, refurbished common spaces encourage ‘community’ and foster meaningful relationships with friends old and new.

This is truly an exciting time to be a part of our Community and we hope you are ready to take the next step with us as we create the new Maple Crest Health Center to serve residents of today and tomorrow.

We thank you for your patience during our redevelopment, and in the end, we know you will not be disappointed.

We look forward to the NEW Maple Crest and we invite you to visit and see why!
