Maple Crest Receives 4-Star RatingPosted on: July 29, 2015
Maple Crest Health Center, located in the Historic Benson neighborhood of Omaha, has received a 4 Star Quality Measures and Overall Rating as announced on Medicare.gov, the official U.S. Government Site for Medicare. The 4 Star Rating means state surveyors have rated the health center “Above Average” compared to health centers throughout the country. Maple Crest congratulates staff and volunteers working with residents who provide this level of care and compassion.
Maple Crest Administrator John Tanner states, “We are pleased to have achieved the 4-Star Rating and proud of our staff and volunteers who continue to provide quality services with a caring, friendly smile. We are also excited by the physical changes throughout the community as our multi-million dollar renovation project transforms the community to meet the needs of today’s senior population.”
Improvements to the community include renovated resident rooms, new dining and common areas as well as expanded memory care and rehabilitation therapy services that are vital to the seniors of Benson and greater Omaha.
With this new 4-star recognition and on-going improvement to the community Maple Crest continues to live their mission: Creating health Christian communities that empower older adults by providing choices for housing, service and technology that enrich body mind and spirit.
